PMO Testimonial From Billiton Mitsubishi Alliance We have had great success with PMO2000^®. I also investigated the use of RCM Cost as well as RCM Turbo and out of the selection process chose PMO2000^®. The biggest positive out of the whole process is the involvement of the guys off the floor and the inherent acceptance that gives let alone the invaluable information that the guys contribute to the process. The whole process revolves around RCM as does all of the other packages and is an abridged version of RCM. PMO2000^® starts with what maintenance we currently do on the machine and works from there. During the analysis half of the tasks we currently did on the machine remained unchanged but that meant that half of them were wrong. We are still in the infancy of the program and it is too early to quantify any results at this stage but the involvement of the tradesman and their support has already given intangible improvements in the relations with the guys. I believe that all of the packages I looked at would have come down to the same answer at the end of the day with maybe some minor differences however PMO2000^® is not mathematical and foreign to the people involved therefore was easily accepted.
